wow! that's exciting, does your brother play, sing or record/mix/master?
will the recording be anything we can take a gander at?

as for special treatment, i think anyone that sets foot in the same room
as IM and gets to listen to a show of theirs gets special treatment! :)
you won't be disappointed. I hope to make it to at least one philly show
(am in the process of student teaching and is making it difficult to
steal days away...am up to my elbows in clay!) but maybe i'll see you
there, should be around vacation time i believe! ooh, maybe i'll be a
lucky gal! November seems like worlds away in school land. as much as i
want november to come, there is something about october i would not wish
away quickly. "Our little town in October, my room in pumpkin light".

Speaking of pumpkin light...I'd like to announce to everyone that Keene,
NH has an amazing pumpkin festival on october 24 and 25. The entire town
brings their jack-o-lanterns to the town square and line the streets with
them. They are lit at night and the town glows. you can see pictures of
it on the Keene website. Last year there were 27,000 something pumpkins
there! I plan to travel there and stay with a friend. carve a pumpkin or
two. eat those tasty seeds and some warm pumpkin pie. mmmhmm. some hot
apple cider to boot! yummy goodness!

Take care! ~Emily
