I bought an iMac today, and have just had my first crash while ffiddling
around with the Games CD, which is still in the CD drive.
I hadn't checked for how to do a restart from the keyboard, and inally
turned it off ast the power source.
When I turned it back on, there's nothing happening at all, other than
the switch l;ighting up - but no pictures, no loading etc.

When you restart again, hold down the mouse to eject the CD. It might start
up after that. Please let us know if it works so we can offer other
suggestions, as necessary. Good luck!
