You only click on it until you see a box around the name...then you can type in your new name. It took me a few times to get used to it too. It takes two clicks. One to highlight and then a second one which will cause the "untitled playlist" to be highlighted and have a box show around it. Then you type in the name of your playlist. Don't click in rapid succession...just one click...then a second as opposed to what you would do to open a file. I hope this helps !
