Can anyone help me out? Some time ago, someone was kind enough to forward me an install to turn my "Function Keys" on my iMac keyboard into "hot keys" where I could assign various functions on them and bypass the clicking on e-mail, internet, appleworks , etc.
I have a Rev. D with 8.6 OS and 96 MBof RAM. Suffered my very first "crash and freeze" last night where my computer would freeze at start-up. Had to re-install via the software install disk and now going through the pain-staking process of having to re-install everything like the scanner, printer, CD-RW, and various applications. This would help get me back to respectability and assume my familiar comfort level once again. Thanks in advance and feel free to e-mail me off-line at [EMAIL PROTECTED] --Kerry -- JOHN WALKER LINDH -- Nothing discredits liberalism like an aberrant goofball-turned-right-wing-religious-fundamentalist, that's what I always say. -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
