I just spent several frustrating minutes looking for an
indemnification clause contained in a larger document that I could
not remember the title to. Sherlock (v.1) could not find it, either.

I have forgotten how to do disk searches for word strings in unopened
documents using M/S Word. I modify my pull down menus to the point
that I could not find a command that seemed on point. I know a
person could do (slow) disk searches using Word 5.0 - can you still
do that in Word 2001? What's the command?

Sincerely,
