Unless the receiver has AOL :-(  

Then APPARENTLY putting <A HREF="http://[whatever]";>click here</A> in
regular plain email text works. 
 
But every other email client (OE, Eudora, etc.) will put the whole
thing written out & it looks messy & annoying.  I just use the
http://[whatever] form and figure if the recipient uses AOL, he/she
will just have to cut & paste!
