Yes, it does. From the Disk Warrior Web site:
Mac OS X Compatibility (including 10.1.x)

DiskWarrior is perfectly safe to use on Mac OS X Extended disks, and even
repairs problems found only on this type of disk. In order to rebuild these
disks (including your Mac OS X startup disk), you should start your computer
from a Mac OS 9.x disk such as the DiskWarrior CD.
