Or, save yourself about $20 per dimm and order a 256 MB for an iBook "ibook 256mb 33.74" at ramseeker.com. All iBook ram will work in either slot of a rev A-D iMac because all iBook ram is low profile. You will still be subject to the same total ram limitations of your particular iMac.
