Er, I haven't seen anything about MPEG-2 on this list until I noticed jfjm...'s post. Is there some way I can catch up with past postings? I was specially interested in the addon because there's a source for old movies that seems to put them in that format; I've already downloaded a multi-G file that's sitting on my HD just waiting for something to translate it. note: Real Player would play it but only as streaming video, couldn't seem to make a standalone file out of it. -don
