It's quite possible you don't have a virus at all. The Klez virus fakes its
>From header when sending itself out, using addresses it finds on the
victim's PC. Careful inspection of the headers of the viral message can check.

Otherwise, if you have sent any MS Office files they may carry macro
viruses that are generally dormant on Macs.
