Hello All, Solved the package problem. Somehow lost iTunes 2 as well as the installer. So I had a fresh start, stripped my HD after all important files have been backed up. Reinstalled the lot and no problem with opening iTunes 3 and installing same. Just shows, don't put your elbows on the keyboard unless you are looking for a lot of lost hours.
