The USB drivers for the Zip drive are however thought  to be the cause of a
number of stability problems. You may be surprised to hear that the USB zip
drive can function without any of the iomega drivers. MacOS 9 USB support
1.3.5 adds a generic, Apple-written USB Mass Storage Class driver for hard
drives and other storage devices that will happily work with a Zip drive.

Disable the following extensions.
 Iomega Driver
 USB Iomega Click
 USB Iomega UT Driver
 Iomega ZIP 100 A
 Iomega ZIP 100 B
 Iomega ZIP 250
