Yes. Klez is also a Windows-only virus. If you have corresponded with
someone running Windows, who is infected with Klez, it will send out copies
of itself to everyone in his address book, using other addresses it finds
(such as yours) as the "From" address. Thus a naive recipient will think it
came from you. If you get a complete copy of the supposed infected message
from you, looking at the headers will show that it doesn't really (by
seeing which mail servers it came through), and may reveal its real source.
