I just purchased a 600MHz Summer 2001 iMac. I would like to partition the hard disk to put OS9 on a separate disk from OS X.
I am somewhat confused as to where to put my applications and files. It is my understanding that some people put them on the same partition with the operating system (Carbon and Cocoa apps on the X partition and Classic apps on the 9 partition), while others create one or more additional partitions for apps and files. I would appreciate any recommendations. Herb (rev. B for sale soon) Goodfriend Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
