Hello. I know this issue was addresses maybe a month ago, but I wasn't having this problem at the time. Can someone who overcame this please tell me how?
While using 9.0.4 and 9.1.1, the only time my computer dialed up to get on-line "without my permission" was when I was tracking an auction. Now, running 9.2.2, it dials up ALL THE TIME. Of course, everything hangs for a few seconds. THEN, probably 15 minutes later, because I have had no activity on the internet, it disconnects, which creates another hang time while I wait for everything to do whatever it does when it disconnects.
