I checked with Sonnet Tech to see if the firmware updates affect their HARMONi upgrade. The answer is no. The firmware goes to different areas not affected by the HARMONi upgrade. Neal from Sonnet said that if you want to be cautious, do the firmware updates first then install the HARMONi upgrade. In fact, he said:
