That's a stumper for me. If it showed up on my HD, I wouldn't think it 
was virus- related, though. Did you check on the original file in your 
Apple Items folder, i.e., how big the file is, what it shows when you 
double- click it, creation date, etc. These might give you some clue as 
to what put it there by doing a Sherlock looking for files created on 
the same day.

Of course, just to be sure, you can always run a virus utility on your 
HD just to be sure.
