Hope you can help. I have a friend who has a iMac and attempted to download and upgrade her operating system from the net. In the process, something got a little messed up and she is having various problems, including having trouble accessing her mail. Any ideas as to what went wrong and how to fix it. I think she still has the original os on CD.
