Dennis, I use Eudora, too, and from what I've read this just can't be 
done. Something about the way the files are set up in both apps makes 
them incompatible. I think it's in OS X's .mail help files, it'll 
only import certain types of files. If you go back to Eudora and 
investigate, they are in another format. Maybe someone on this list 
has come up with a solution, though; I'll be watching, as it's a drag 
to enter all that information manually.
