If you have an open e-mail you can't hit delete and have it continue to the next e-mail in the thread. It closes that window and forces you to open another e-mail manually. That's what I was talking about being annoying. You can cycle through them using the arrows, but then if you want to respond to one e-mail in a thread of 20 you have to remember *exactly* which one (or read the whole thread over), since you used the down arrow they are all still there marked as "read" in your inbox.
