Gracias, and thanks for all your help i have received, i knew i could count on you, i haven't fixed the problem yet, but it looks like the HD is good, and your postings seam to be very helpful, one thing is for sure, i'm an expert when it comes to unasembling the imac, the first time took me 45 minutes to change the HD, from start to finish, now about 15 so something good has come out,. NO FEAR, thanks again, ill keep you informed.
