full openGL with Rage Pro in 10.0 or 10.1-10.2?

Hello, I own an iMac 333 with 10.1.5 & noticed openGL graphics acceleration is not supported outside of Quick Time for 10.1.5 & did not appear to exist with 10.1. I have heard it worked for 10.0.0-4. Is this correct?
Also, is it supported in 10.2?
