Hi, I'm new to this list so the question I have may well have already been discussed, so I appoligise if this all repetition.
I have an iMac DV 400 slot-loading with a 10GB hard disk. I want to replace it with a 100GB hard disk, but I have now been told by a local Mac dealer that the newer ATA/100 & 133 disks do not work in a ATA/66 Mac as the controller is not good enough... Any thoughts ???
