Here's the list:

1. Any computer that can run previous versions of Mac OS X can run 
Jaguar. Obviously a newer machine with a G4 chip and a powerful video 
card is going to get a lot more out of Jag than a much older machine, 
but it's runnable.

2. Macs that run OS X in general are all G3 and G4-based Macs since 
1997 (the original G3 powerbook is the lone exception). The beige G3s 
(with some issues), the original iMacs and everything that's come since 
then.

3. Unofficially, a number of older models (basically most PCI-based 
PowerPC 603 and better machines) can be supported or updated via a 
third-party card and made to run OS X, but this is unsupported and 
considered a hobbyist activity rather than a truly viable option.
