Thanks, John<< --------------------------------------- John, I would suggest trying two things: 1) after installing 10.2, run the HD Setup CD utility, and re-install the Apple driver for the HD...it may not be getting installed (the install options provide some small level of control over the HD driver install...if you are going to run 9.2.2 as well as 10.2, make sure that the OS 9 driver is selected as well); 2) if this doesn't work, try removing any additional RAM you may have installed (ie: go back to the original amount that came with the machine) then try a start.
