Don't be too worried about it. As it's a Windows file, even if it were a
virus, it wouldn't open and couldn't infect your Mac.

If it comes from a friend, write them and say, "Thanks but no thanks. I have
a Mac and these things won't work on my machine".

If it's from a stranger, it's crap and you should just delete it and the
offending email.

If it is from a stranger, do *not* respond to the email. It's undoubtedly
SPAM and responding to it will guarantee *more* SPAM. :-(
