First thing: Java and Javascript are two entirely different things. 
They are not related. You will cut down on a LOT of confusion if you 
will remember this.

Second: I visited the site and it seems to work fine for me. The boxes 
on the screen give me a Javascript error when I roll over them with the 
mouse. This is an error and I've reported it to Apple.

If you go to Safari's preferences and turn off Javascript, the pages 
work fine with no error message. The "bug" you have found only affects 
the pages cosmetic look (the boxes are supposed to change colour when 
you roll over them with the mouse).
