Jeez, so many variables- 9.1 might be causing more coasters- 9.2.2 might help. What version of iTunes. Are you using the burn from within itunes or something else likeToast. What brand of CDRs are you using. 16x is way too fast for a Rev.A., etc. I haven't had problems burning a CD in months using Jag, a 15" iMac SuperDrive and Toast 5.something and Jam until I recently bought a stack of el- cheapo CDRs. I've had luck with no- names before, but these have absolutely no markings on them (can't tell the front from the back unless I hurry up and write on the top) and suddenly my coaster rate is about 1 in 4.
