Hello Josh, In system preferences, there is a CDs & DVDs icon under the hardware section. Clicking this allows you to alter how Jaguar behaves when you insert a blank CD (or DVD).
When Jaguar burns CDs, it uses a 'Hybrid' format incorporating both HFS and ISO 9660. I've had no trouble using these hybrid CDs with my PC(s). You could try making sure that the file names including the path (eg :\Folder\file.txt) are less than 255 characters, as this might cause problems.
