I'm wondering if other people have encountered the following problem: several times now, when I've had cds playing in my 17" flat panel iMac, the cd has become stuck. The sound is that of playing a record and having a needle stuck. My system freezes, and the only way I can shut down is to depress the start button for several seconds. I'm wondering if it's a hardware problem.
