Chas, I use Eudora 5.2 and it has a setting that I can choose to leave the mail on the server or delete it. I have it set to delete the mail. However, in OS X's Mail program, I can't find such a setting; the default seems to be set to leave it on the server. As you can see, this causes a problem the next time I check my mail: I get all the old mail again in addition to the new mail. Any idea where to find the setting in Mail so it won't leave it on the server? To the best of my knowledge I have a POP3 account and in Eudora the POP protocol is selected.
