The Kernel Panic description is exactly what is happening. I haven't
added any new RAM or devices to my computer, though. My next problem is
this - I went to run Disk First Aid and I got a "that application or
control panel is not supported by classic". Should I try running out
outside of OS X? I'm trying to open it from the disc in OS X through
classic.

I've been considering purchasing Jaguar, I guess this would be a good
nudge in that direction.
Thanks for your help,
Sarah
