Hi Jeff or Lori.

I don't like to use "force" on my iMac. I like to use persuasion. :-) Surest way to do 
this is to insert the CD while your machine is running, go to the "Start-Up Disk" 
selection area, (location depends on your OS), choose the DW CD as a start-up disk and 
restart.
