Hello, I have a scanner and a 333Mhz G3 iMac running OS 9.2.2. I took a picture of my signature (you know the image in ink above your name at the end of postal letters) and I have Appleworks version 5.0.3. I successfully scanned in my signature but I want to modify it in terms of size and erase a portion of the black and white snapshot (I signed my sig. inside a box) not knowing that the outer box will be a part of the scanned-in image which I want to now erase.
How do I change the image's size and erase a part of it (erase the outer box) to look like it was "signed" by me in black ink after printing my letter with a black and white laser printer along with my sig.? In other words, the image of my sig. is too large and I want to be able to make changes to the image as well as later print it on my black and white laser printer that will look like I actually "signed" it in black ink. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks Eric -- -- The iMac List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
