Hello! I have a quick question I was hoping someone could answer for me. A family member of mine had been using a private web-based email, and just purchased an eMac. He would like to import all his messages and his address book into Mail and the Address Book on the machine, but I'm not too sure how to go about doing that. Is it even possible? I have access to the files on the website, but I'm unsure how to use them. They have no file extensions, but are all listed as "document" under kind.
