I have been quite happy with Microsoft's Intellimouse Explorer. Worked flawlessly (better than that Internet Exploder thing) from '98 'til this year. And they're replacing it for free (good!) I hear kensington's optical is also very good. However am not at all happy with that Keyboard-IN-A-BOX USB I bought out of desperation when my original broke.
