Big thanks, WIll. I have 8.5 installed on it, but once I try to install the 8.6, it gives me the firmware error. But, even on 8.5, I am getting my USB stuff to work. So, later this weekend, after both our girls' and boys' high school basketball teams win state, I will DOWN LOAD the firm ware from Apple Support. You have been a big support.
