Thanks for the link it didn't help me directly but it answered some 
questions I had. Ok now for an update. I tried known good RAM. That 
didn't help. I tried hooking up an external monitor, still nothing. So 
since I have no video on the external monitor I'm going to say it's the 
logic board that's bad and not the video/analog board. I can't help but 
doubt myself though. The Mac puts out a startup chime. I tried holding 
in the firmware button at startup and got  a long beep when I released 
the button I got the startup chime. I've never seen a Mac with a bad 
logic board that puts out a startup chime. I have also tested other 
things like the PRAM battery.
