Friends,
I found this morning that I couldn't log into my iMac, which is running
10.2.6. After grilling my daughter who had been using it for a while last
night ("i couldn't get into aim on my computer last night ...") (I hadn't
logged out), who says she "didn't do anything wrong", I booted up from the Jag
CD and changed my passwords.
After booting up again I still can't login, and aside from my
login "identities" an "Other..." is also listed now!
Help! Please!
if you recently installed the Security Update, it may be because the update seems to have disabled the 'Log In' button on the login panel. Try hitting the 'enter' key after typing in your password, instead of pressing the log in button.
