I havent heard back yet. I > thought apple made quality products. is this normal for a 3 year old iMac?? Apple doesn't manufacture CRT's. They pick the best one out there that can meet the order amount they have and set up a contract with a manufacturer. It is not abnormal for a machine that is a few years old to lose clarity. This can be corrected (in most circumstances) by an Apple Authorized Service technician. Kyle H.
