I just got a new 20GB ipod today, but I've been having problems. It
doesn't seem to get along with my FireWire drive enclosure. When I plug
the iPod in it seems to lock up all HD access, until I unplug it. When
both the FW drive and Ipod are plugged in, my eMac sees neither one. Each
one works fine by itself. I've tried every combination of port, cable,
and order-of-plugging-in.

This wouldn't be a problem if the FW drive wasn't where my MP3s live. Has
anyone had a similar experience? Or any experience of any FW devices
conflicting? Would a FW hub help?
