The last two times I have tried to start up my iMac, a 350mhz G3 running 10.2.6, it has gone as far as the chime, then shut down again. This happened several times until I tried the button on the front of the machine rather than the keyboard power button. The front button works but the keyboard button doesn't. Any suggestions?
