This is what I was getting at when i mentioned Jobs at WWDC.
Another thing he mentioned is efficient task switching (Alt-Tab in XP) which shows you where you are going to. It's available as a free add-on (brings up a box with all the icons on one side and a window preview on the other) for XP but it's about to get blown out of the water by Expose in 10.3 Panther :)
