Bah, keeps making me download and install Macromedia flash. I have done it 2x successfully, but I still the flash required screen when I go to that site.

Well, I'm running 10.2.6 and Safari. Works fine. Maybe it's a bug in 10.1.5?
What version of QuickTime are you both running? That might also have an impact.
