I've just started using OS X (using Jaguar) and I'm reading David Pogue's
book The Missing Manual. It is fully updated for Jag, and it is so readable
that I'm reading EVERY word in it. It is so enjoyable to read that I've
actually pulled out sections from the book so I can read it in the train and
while eating lunch. It really has what you need. As far as the other books,
I don't know them. But if you want to read a sample of Pogue's writing, look
at the NY Times website and read his Thursday computer columns.
