Hi, I've just upgraded my Bondi Blue iMac, Rev. B to 386 megs of ram
and a 40HDD. Then I installed 9.2 and OS 10.2.6. The switch is fun so
far, but I'm having difficulty getting iPhoto or iTunes to recognize my
early edition Que cd burner (4x2x4) , although it is listed in the usb
devices in my Apple System Profile. I downloaded a cypress usb storage
driver that someone on a website suggested, but it's not helping. I
think the problem may be that the Toast program I have (4.1.1) only
works with Mac OS 9.1 .I tried to install Toast in 9.2, but the toast
cd reader extension kept hanging up the classic startup. and I couldn't
get it running without deleting that extension. Does anybody have an
idea on how I can get this to work in 9.2 or X, and if not, is it
possible to install 9.1 on my second partition (and still keep 9.2 and
10.2.6 in the first) so I can run Toast 4.11 and forget Disk Burner? Or
am I just going to have to upgrade my Toast program? Thanks, fellow Mac
people, it's been very educational lurking on this list for a while and
reading your posts. I hope someone can help me figure this one out.
Lauren
