As far as I know, the StuffIt Engine is just a bit of system software that comes with StuffIt Standard, which you can download for free from: http://www.stuffit.com/ I don't know if there's any easy way to get just the engine. (my 9.1 extensions folder has the StuffIt Engine, StuffIt Engine PowerPlug, Stuffit Plug-Ins folder and StuffItEngineShell - I have no idea what it all does.) It's probably a good idea to download the full StuffIt Standard package, if you haven't in a while, since whatever parts you have installed are probably out of date.
