When you reply, totally erase all message. (Do erase all quoted text, and everything else in the message area.) Only include the subject (do NOT change the subject)

I understand that MacLaunch does not accept HTML formatted mail. My email app is set to send plain-text mail only, so that does not appear to be the reason that some of my mail is being rejected.
