Reinstall the OS and when the machine restarts let it come up to the Animation screen. At that point hit the eject key and take the disk out and then press and hold the power button to shut the machine off. That way when it restarts it will start at the animation like it was new from the factory and the new user can put in the ownership information. Kyle H.
