As I cracked open my Mom's 333 MHz iMac to finally add some memory (Mom's not a power user and she has managed to "make do" with the basic 32 meg for all these years), I told myself that I would be extra careful and *not* mangle the CD tray (as I had on my own several years ago) when reassembling. Well, not careful enough. While my own tray looks a couple mm deeper than original, it works properly. My Mom's tray is now misaligned to the extent that the tray won't open.
Beyond the obvious (open it and seat it gain), does anyone have helpful advice?

Patrick
